The purpose of Springton Lake Presbyterian Church is to be a local church that follows Jesus Christ for the good of our community, region and world for today and future generations. Our vision is to see people find a relationship with God through saving faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. By this we are changed as God does amazing works of forgiveness and healing in our personal lives, our families and the world.

You are most welcome to join us! If we can help you in anyway, contact us at office@slpca.org.

Building For The Future (BFTF) Sunday – November 16th

During the worship service on Sunday November 16 the focus will be on the BFTF project in the context of lessons learned from the book of Nehemiah. Since the May 12 approval of our plans to build by the Marple Township Board of Commissioners, Steve Brown our architect and builder has been hard at work refining the construction drawings and securing competitive bids from area contractors. With God’s help and blessing and your support we can see our ministry goals enhanced and our building and grounds renovated for the one purpose of spreading the Gospel to the lost and hurting world all around us. Don’t miss this Sunday – The final plans and financial needs will be presented, and a testimony by John Chung, Elder and BFTF Team leader will be featured. Let’s trust God together with a dedicated heart—He can do this!

“Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” Psalm 127:1

Our evening Bible study for women is held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, from 7:30-9:00 p.m., at the home of Nyla DiGiorgio, continuing in The Gospel of Mark.  Women are welcome to bring needs, share concerns, and be changed by letting God speak to their hearts and minds.  All women who would like to attend are invited to join us.

Women are welcome to meet for a Beth Moore Bible study, The Patriarchs, on Thursday evenings this fall through November 20th – from 7:00 to 9:00 pm in fellowship hall.   This fascinating series invites us to walk in the footsteps of Abraham and his descendants, linking 21st century believers to the very roots of our faith.  All women are welcome to sign up with Becki Marshall.
