During Advent we begin the countdown to Christmas - the day when we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. The question asked in the well-loved carol: What Child Is This? will provoke us to search the Scriptures to discover that: “This, this is Christ the King, whom shepherds guard and angels sing; haste, haste to bring Him laud, the Babe, the Son of Mary.”
