Giving to Christ’s church is an opportunity to grow in our faith and obedience to God’s word.
Funds
There are four funds at SLPC to which you can give, and two programs currently accepting payment for upfront fees. Here is a breakdown of the donation options:
- General—this supports all the daily ministries and administrative needs of the church, including our support for missions.
- Deacons—this allows the Deacons to support the mercy needs of the church as well as local para-church organizations and immediate disaster needs (hurricanes/earthquakes)
- Mortgage—this supports paying down the mortgage which we have.
- Malawi Missions Trip—this supports the 2023 Malawi Missions Trip Fund.
- Youth Group—this allows you to pay upfront for your child to attend youth events/activities that cost money. Add a memo to indicate your child's name & the selected event.
- Men's/Women's/Children's Ministries—this allows direct payment of registration fees for events/activities that cost money.
*If you don’t designate the fund to which you’re giving, your contribution will automatically be earmarked for the General fund.
Please click the appropriate fund designation below to give online. This allows you to give through Paypal using an electronic check by providing your bank information or to use a debit card. Because we are committed to financial stewardship, we ask that you not use a credit card in your giving. Also, be aware that SLPC may be charged up to 4% of the transaction if a debit or credit card is used.
PayPal requires you to provide an email address and your bank routing and account numbers or debit / credit card number. Giving online is convenient and secure. A recurring gift is helpful if you travel frequently.
Other Giving
