YOUTH FUN and SERVICE ~ Jake Bier

School is out, and the youth have an exciting summer ahead of them! The season kicked off on June 12 with water games, pizza, ice cream, and a color war. It was a lot of fun to see all the bright colors! One of the highlights of the night was Water Balloon Battleship, where the students re-enacted the classic board game by tossing water balloons over a makeshift barrier made of ping pong tables.

During the week of June 18-20, students did a service week at CityTeam in Chester and Amnion Pregnancy Center in Drexel Hill. They cleaned, organized, and wrote cards for expectant mothers, all the while learning more about the ministries, and the important work they do serving people in need. It was great to be the hands and feet of Jesus and serve others!

Throughout the rest of the summer, students have other fun activities planned like a trip to Dorney Park, and Ocean City, New Jersey. They also have the opportunity to meet in discipleship groups for more intentional times of prayer, fellowship, and Bible study. Please be praying for our students this summer as they seek to grow closer in their walks with God!
